交通工具空氣吊掛彈簧調(diào)整要點:現(xiàn)在很多改裝喜好者在改裝車子時都喜歡安裝一個空氣吊掛彈簧系統(tǒng)。一方面可以提升車輛的舒服安逸性,另一方面也可以吸引另外的人的眼球子。那末我們在安裝交通工具空氣彈簧需求通過怎么樣的調(diào)整呢? 要擔保空氣彈簧正常運作,就要對其進行不可以繞斗δ調(diào)整,調(diào)整控制的要點有以下幾點:

1.導向臂、氣囊支座、C型梁等懸架零部件在車橋上定位準確后再擰緊,嚴明依照圖紙及安裝工藝來控制誤差。

2.裝好懸架零部件的車橋往車架上合裝時需擔保車橋定位準確,符合整車廠的前橋定位要求和軸距要求,超差時需通過加裝調(diào)整墊片、改變可調(diào)推力桿長度等方法進行調(diào)整。為防止批量裝配中回數(shù)多加墊調(diào)整,需求在車架焊接時對懸架導向機構(gòu)的聯(lián)接點 的位置精確度嚴加控制。
2. When the axle with the suspension parts is mounted on the frame, it shall ensure that the positioning of the axle is accurate and in line with the front axle positioning requirements and wheelbase requirements of the whole vehicle factory. In case of out-of-tolerance, it shall be adjusted by adding adjustment gaskets and changing the length of adjustable thrust bar.In order to prevent the adjustment of the number of cycles in batch assembly, it is required to strictly control the position accuracy of the connection point of the suspension guide mechanism when the vehicle frame is welded.
3.懸架裝配完成并對氣囊充氣后,懸架高度應控制在預設高度A±5mm以內(nèi) 。

4.整個安裝緊固件擰緊至規(guī)定力矩,若兩個以上的緊固件為一組,應按規(guī)定力矩擰緊后,再重復檢查一遍擰緊力矩。

5.充放氣時高度閥應工作正常,且高度閥橫擺桿和豎直調(diào)節(jié)桿與車架無運動關涉,氣囊正常充氣、排氣。

6.氣囊絕對排氣時,輪胎與車輛底面以及其他無論什么零件間有合適空隙,前輪打方向至左、右極限位置時亦同。
